 Among them, the iron-molybdenum process formaldehyde adopts fully imported equipment produced by Johnson Matthey, which can realize the fully automated operation of the production process. The process has the advantages of long production cycle, low raw material consumption, good safety performance, large amount of clean energy by-products, and no sewage; paraformaldehyde adopts the world's most advanced Danish Nilu spray fluidized bed drying process, which has short drying time, The advantages of high product purity, easy process control of the degree of polymerization of paraformaldehyde, and stable product quality. The main products of the project are: 200,000 tons/year of formaldehyde, 30,000 tons/year of paraformaldehyde, and by-product steam 160,000 tons/year; at the same time, the production of UFC (environmentally friendly urea-formaldehyde preshrink liquid) 160,000 tons/year can be adjusted according to market conditions. year.

 The project is planned to be completed and landed in June 2021. After it is put into production, it can achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan, a profit and tax of 120 million yuan, solve 75 labor and employment, stimulate local employment and serve about 600 people, and promote local economic and social development. effect. In terms of production scale, both formaldehyde and paraformaldehyde products rank first in Henan Province, and fill the gap in the production of paraformaldehyde products in the province.
